Rhonda Kay Carter

On October 28th, one week before her birthday, Rhonda Carter died suddenly on her way home from a concert. The Carters are unfortunately no strangers to tragedy. When Rhonda's brother died, she stepped up and adopted her niece. And later when her other niece was orphaned, she assumed legal guardianship. Jerri (Rhonda's mother) has now taken over Rhonda's affairs which include a new mortgage and medical expenses as well as the welfare of the two children. To make matters worse, due the sudden nature of Rhonda's death the family has been unable to access her bank accounts. Now Jerri needs your help to support Rhonda's children Alexandria and Jennifer and settle her affairs.
