Please donate if you can! What seemed to be impossible to survive such a devastating stroke, Rhonda in the early morning yesterday, started showing signs that she is not ready to say goodbye. Her neurosurgeon applied pain stimuli to see if she would have any response. To everyone’s amazement she did just that. He then recommended a procedure to drain the blood building in brain from the stroke. She received the surgery in her ICU room, with great results. Early this morning Rhonda showed even more progress. She began responding to the nursing staff , she was able to wiggle her toes upon request, and even gave a thumbs up when asked if she would do so. The family is moving forward with treatment. She is still far from recovery, but her Doctors are taken back that 48 hrs. after a devastating prognosis, she is showing signs of great improvement. With that being said you can only imagine all the cost adding up! Let’s try to help lesson the load for the family right now!
