I am thrilled to announce a collaborative short film project with the talented Harlie Madison. This film aims not only to entertain but also to raise awareness for a worthy cause: the fight against pancreatitis.

In addition to funding her first film, a portion of the proceeds will go to the Rebecca's Wish Foundation, a crucial organization in the fight against pancreatitis.

Harlie, a rising actress with an undeniable passion for performance, has faced significant health challenges with pancreatitis in recent years. Despite initial difficulties in diagnosis, she persevered and maintained a positive outlook.

After losing a major supporting role in a well know movie franchise due to multiple surgeries regarding a birth defect that causes pancreatitis, she was devastated. Things got worse after surgery. While she was at her lowest, her acting manager dropped her from the team due to health issues. She felt lost, for a moment.

A dedicated artist, Harlie's spirit remained unbroken. After the lose of the role and her manager, Harlie channeled her determination into writing. Within three weeks, she completed her first feature-length screenplay. This experience fueled her passion further, and she wrote a second screenplay, "Ribbons and Beau’s," a short film which draws inspiration from the remarkable people in Harlie's own life.

Harlie's story is one of resilience and unwavering commitment to her artistic dreams. I am proud to partner with her on this project.

Harlie and I have been working towards making this film together for some time. It's been a true labor of love, and it's been amazing to see how our creative visions have come together to create something special. We're both incredibly excited to share this film with you.

We are also excited to announce Ribbons and Beau's has been submitted to the Louisiana Film Prize Festival!
