Ricardo & Alma Colin, COVID-19 Relief

On April 27th, Ricardo tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted to the UM Prince George Hospital Center. Initially, it was thought he would be hospitalized just a short time.  However, due to setbacks, he was sent to the ICU to be sedated and put on a ventilator in hopes of stabilizing him. On May 10th, Ricardo’s health declined and he was rushed to the University of Maryland Medical Center for an emergency procedure, where he is currently on life support.

If you have had the pleasure of knowing the Colin family, you know that they are some of the kindest, hardest working people you will ever meet. As long-time small business owners and active members of the Hispanic community, Ricardo and Alma have consistently contributed to the success of their employees, as well as their friends and neighbors.

Ricardo is one of the most loving, kindhearted human beings you could ever meet. He is an amazing husband and father. His greatest loves are his wife Alma, his mother, sons, and grandchildren. If you are able to help in any way, even just a few dollars, it will encourage and strengthen the Colin family as they fight to pull through this.
