Rich cycles from London to Brighton

Donation protected
Straight off the back of GB over 40s basketball, I'm continuing my midlife crisis, by cycling 100km from London to Brighton in September.

Our oldest son, Arthur, was diagnosed with Autism in February this year, and since his diagnosis, we've learned so much about Autism, in particular his sensory needs. We've also discovered that sensory needs in general can affect lots of children, both neurodiverse and neurotypical.

Arthur is starting at our local mainstream school, Willow Bank Infant School, in September, and after meeting with his new SENCo, she showed us around a large store cupboard she hopes to turn into a sensory room.

However, thanks to a lack of funding for SEN and lowering birth rates, money is very tight in the world of education. I would really love to help the school raise money to create a space that all children, whatever their needs, can access to help them regulate and learn.

So.. time to don the padded shorts. Wish me luck!
