This is Richard & Mary Ann Craig with their beautiful grandchildren (Jarek - 16 yrs, Skylar - 15 yrs, Christian - 12 yrs, Melanie - 7 years and Daymon - 6 yrs).Family is everything to them both.
Richard has been facing medicial issues for quite sometime now. Told that he needed to start kidney dialysis to manage his overall health was just the beginning. With a variety of tests being completed his medical team determined that he has pancreatic cancer. The onslaught of chemotheraphy began immediately as the cancer was determined to be stage 4, however with his kidneys already at low capacity, the chemotheraphy was just to much for his body.
The family is spending as much time as possible with Rick as the family has been told that he doesn't have much time left now. However his biggest concern is not how sick he is, but that he doesn't have gifts for their grandkids, or for his wife this Christmas.
Mary Ann has also shared that when Rick does pass, that they will require financial assistance with funeral expenses.
Rick, a kind and giving man who has always cared for others - needs to rest with the peaceful thoughts of his family being cared for by this wonderful community they call home.
