Fundraiser for the rededication of the memorial for life long Lynn resident Richard (Dick) Fecteau. Richard Fecteau, CIA operative who was captured by Communist China during a mission there in 1952.. He would be held prisoner by the People's Republic of China until he was finally released in December of 1971, later being awarded for his bravery and conduct.
