Hi, my name is Sheila and I am raising money for my brother Richard Herbert’s memorial services. Richard was a very loving man. He wore a smile on his face and bought good times with his presence when ever he was around. His personality was larger than life, he loved joking around he never took life to serious he wore his heart on his sleeve and love unconditionally. He help others through giving what he could and being supportive in kindness given a helping hand, he had financial hardship through out his life, he had no life insurance policy currently and the family does not have enough funds to complete the minimum services required.
