Richard was a beloved pillar of our community, known for his kind heart and unwavering dedication to his family and friends. He was a devoted son, brother, grandson, and stepfather to twins, who were the light of his life. Tragically, Richard passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a void that cannot be filled.

In honor of Richard's memory, we have established the Richard J. Tillery Memorial Scholarship Fund, dedicated to funding the higher education of his beloved stepchildren. Although his passing has been a profound loss to us all, with this fund we may continue his legacy of kindness, generosity, and dedication to education.
