Richard Lowe Memorial Expenses

Richard Graham Lowe passed away on January 11, 2023. He was loved and adored by so many people. He made a huge impact on so many lives. In lieu of flowers, Richard’s family is accepting donations for his funeral expenses and “Celebration of Life” that will take place this Spring. Richard has family in California and we would like to help them with traveling expenses. Any money that is left over will be given to his wife, Connie Lowe.
