Richard Sabo

Dear Family and Friends,

My name is Shelby, and I am Rich's oldest daughter. I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Richard Sabo. Rich's youngest daughter, Brook, received the phone call on 12/19/23 of our father's passing. The news of his passing was shocking, and we are still awaiting more information on the cause.

Richard Sabo was born in Tacoma, Washington, to Susan Grice and Ronald Chaplin. He leaves behind a sister Crystal Romero, 2 Daughters, nieces, nephews, and grandkids. He loved God among anything in the world, and he loved so many people. He had the biggest heart and the most contagious laugh and smile. He listened but loved to talk your ear off. His love for the Seahawks and Mariners was strong! He is going to be missed so much and remembered forever.

Richard lived in Statesville, NC near Brook and I(Shelby). We've started a fundraiser to collect donations for Richard’s cremation services.
