On August 3, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer, our beloved father, Richard Tamayo, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by loved ones.
The process and discovery of his illness was daunting, requiring multiple hospital visits and lengthy stays as well as numerous medical procedures, tests and operations.
We, the Tamayo brothers, are humbly asking our friends, family and all those that cared for and loved our father to please consider making a donation to help pay down the overwhelming medical costs and related expenses that have accumulated.
It is our hope as well, that we will surpass our initial fundraising goal, with the additional funds used to assist with funeral related services and expenses. Lastly, if enough donations are raised, our dream is to place any remaining donations into a savings account for our dear mother, Adela, providing her a sense of financial support for any future expenses she may face.
