Richard Tellez- Funeral Expenses

Hi everyone,

 My family and I are organizing this go fund me for our Popo, Richard Tellez. We are all currently in Phoenix AZ at the Barrows Neuro Institute. My Popo has been in ICU since Wednesday, June 21st after having a brain stroke. Popo has a history of aneurysms and one of the main aneurysms on his brain stem was responsible for a bleed that is leaking into the fourth ventricle of his brain. After meeting with a surgical team this morning, we have decided that it is in best interest to go into surgery to remove the aneurysm and clean out the area of the bleed on the brain stem. Surgery will be done Monday and is a 6 hour long procedure.

 Any donations will be going to medical expenses we may need for Popo, room and board for the family, and also help with food and other expenses while we will be here for another week (at least).

We also ask for continued love and prayers as this is just the start of a very long journey for our family.
