My little brother Richard passed away on July 30 from cancer. He was in the process of rebuilding/restoring his 1880s farm house in Missouri, but he got sick before he could finish. My sister-in-law is left with a very old house needing to be finished. And to top it off she just found out their is a lien on the house she was unaware of, and now the house may have to go into foreclosure to pay the lien, leaving her homeless.

The money was intended to cover the cost of cremation, and to finish sheet rocking, floor installation, finishing work like taping, texturing, paint and trim, and replacing the vinyl siding severely damaged in a hail storm a few years back. However, now it has to go to cover the lien to keep his widow from being homeless. If you can find it in your heart to help it would be greatly appreciated.
