To all of the people who knew and loved
Richard C. James,
Hello, My name is Tonya Anderson and on behalf of his family, I have created this Memorial GoFund Me fund to help ease the family's financial challenges due to Richard's sudden and unexpected death. It has taken us all by surprised, including his family.
Richard died of natural causes over the Memorial Day weekend.
This fund is going directly to Richard's sister Beatrice Gamble to help her pay his funeral costs and for his personal affairs.

These are things, I just remembered off of the top of my head. Please feel free to add more in the comments below or tell Richard touched your life.
He gave so much to the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County and its residents and loved them even more.
It is so sad for me to write this, I can hardly believe he has passed away. He was so full of life and wisdom.
His favorite quote, which he carried in his wallet, was by Marianne Williamson. Here is the quote.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.’ We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we subconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
The Richard we know, spoke and lived every word.
