Richmond Rally: Stand for Undocumented Rights

Hello Everyone,

As many of you guys know members of the community organized a protest on Sunday 2/2 in Richmond,CA to stand up for the undocumented community. Some of those same members will be organizing an informational rally/event where we can still advocate, protest, but also unite as a community all together to show the culture and spirit that makes this country great. Our plan is to unite in front of City Hall plaza in Richmond, CA, invite small food businesses/vendors to sell, invite organizations/charities to give out resources to the undocumented community and also have live music and make it a welcoming event and environment for all. This is an opportunity to still stand up for what is right, all while having fun and learning more about your rights and resources available to you. All proceeds will go directly to covering essential costs like permits, legal support, supplies, and more. This event is being put together by members of the community and young adults who have a strong determination to speak for those unable to. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated to help us make this possible. The date is still to be determined and once we have that set then a flyer will be coming soon. We hope to see you guys there, bring your posters/flags, dress in your culture attire and bring that spirit! Come out and support those business that support YOU.
