Richs heart transplant journey.

My name is Richard Hart and I have CHF . my heart is at 10 percent function and the hospital in Nevada can do no more. I will be sent to San Diego for advanced care in a transplant. I need help for my family in taking care of our home and responsibilities while I am away. Also housing in San Diego 3 months post surgery. Anything will be appreciated. It may take a while I set my goal accordingly. Its scary for us as were month to month surviving right now. Thank you. Update surgery successful. Still trying to stay here in housing but need funds to make appts and groceries etc for the next month. So close to going home but have to complete tests.
