Help Rick Bogan pay for his cancer treatment

It was the beginning of June when Rick Bogan initially started having unusual pain in his chest and abdomen. A few weeks later he found himself admitted into the hospital as he was unable to swallow. By July during a 21 day hospital stay, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Rick, his wife Theresa and children Katie, Brittany, Robert and Tyler had their lives turned upside down.

Shortly after, he began full brain radiation in addition to targeted radiation to his chest. After surviving several blood clots traveling to his lungs, Rick is now undergoing chemotherapy. Theresa has been his sole caretaker at home with the support of their family and friends. They have not been able to restore his ability to swallow so he is in need of special nutrition and a lot goes in to giving him his medications. Rick and his family have just begun to scratch the surface of what this ugly disease can do that no person should ever have to be prepared for. No one can change what their family is facing but we can help ease the financial burden Cancer brings.
