Kadlec Family Fundraiser

We are raising funds to provide love and support to Rick’s family. Daniella, Kyle & Courtney, Danny & Ashley, Jackson and Brody Kadlec took such good care of Rick. We now have the opportunity to take care of them and help raise funds for their unexpected expenses over the last 3 weeks.

Rick was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was scheduled for triple bypass surgery on September 18 but ended up needing a 6-way bypass. The bypass graft failed and he had a series of strokes and heart attacks. Rick passed away on Friday, October 6. His docs believe that Rick had a genetic heart condition that had never been diagnosed.

Due to his heart condition, Rick was unable to get life insurance.

If we raise additional funds, these will be used to help plan two celebrations for Rick, one in California and one back in Chicago. The dates for these gatherings have not been set yet.
