Richard “Rick” Rodriguez JR

Hi my name is Linda Rodriguez on November 1st, 2023 I lost my youngest son, Richard “Rick” Rodriguez JR. I have started a fundraiser to help cover the cost of my son’s funeral expenses. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. My family and I have been heartbroken over the sudden death of my son.

Rick was a LOUD, adventurous, fun, loving guy. He was always so selfless & would help anybody he could. His smile, voice, laugh and charisma would either melt hearts or lead to many great friendships. Rick touched so many lives around the Coachella Valley and had many friends, he was everybody’s Uncle Rick. He would light up any room he was in & for our family our entire lives so it will be difficult trying to adjust our lives to live without him. Unfortunately, Rick’s light went out when he passed away and it's been very difficult for everyone to cope. We would appreciate your support during this hard time in covering some of the unexpected funeral expenses. All money donated would go towards his burial and Celebration of Life that we are planning to have. Our family was not prepared for the high cost of a funeral, and during this difficult time, we are reaching out to our family, friends & community for help giving Rick the burial he deserves.
