this is for Rick, Australian immigration is kicking him out of the country in 9 days, he has ailing health and no family or loved ones to call on, he has had one aortic valve replacement recently and needs another, he is very low on cash and will need some money when he is deported out of australia to try and start afresh

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and wishes. As you can imagine I had a sleepless night again last night.
I spoke to the legal aid lawyer by phone today (the only one in WA that specialises in Immigration Law), She advised me to fill out the application for a review and send it off asap, which I did today.
She also said that they need to go throught the review process within 28 days and if the result still stands, we can look at a Federal Court Appeal.
Arrived in this country at age 8 in 1972 and was given automatic Permanent Residance Status. 47 years later and because I made a mistake in 2007/2008 I am being deported. No family in the UK nor none to speak of here. That why guys you all were important to me, as you were my defacto family. I lost my 2nd wife and kids ater I got in trouble and have had not contact since. My own immediate family disowned me at the same time.
I have had one AVR and need another in the new year because the first was too small but this did not sway them
