This is all so surreal.
Certainly a post I NEVER thought I'd be making.
It is, however, a sad reality.
Everyone is asking how they can help...I think I have an answer. Rick, having started a new job fairly recently, did not have life insurance. Giving him a proper send off is going to be a huge financial burden on his family who are already suffering more than can be imagined. This is all new to me. I googled "average funeral costs" and this was the low end of what I was seeing. I promise that any extra money raised will go toward Megan's needs (Rick's daughter). Please,(if you can) help me, help them.
