Ride for Ro (Romania) Kids

I’m biking the Blue Ridge Parkway in May 2023 with Romanian pastor and friend Emil Toader, along with my son Matt Duncan, to raise money for children at risk (human trafficking, abuse, imprisoned, and most recently, relief efforts for Ukraine refugees) in Romania…The BRP is 469 miles and one of the harder long distance rides in the U.S. We're training hard for this (as recently retired road warrior, and out of shape!) to be a great fund raiser and awareness builder for the awesome kids of Deborah House and other missions of Missio Int'l.

I’ve been to Romania a dozen times over the past 20 years and see the need first hand; I’m also on the board of Missio Int’l (US) that supports faith based, children at risk solutions with our Romanian partners. Your support can be doubled as we have $15,000 in matching grants already committed -- we're shooting for $30,000 in total! I receive no compensation for this, and all funds go directly to Missio International which has a 94% pass through to its programs (6% admin cost only).
