Ride for the Brain Tumour Foundation

For the next month, I will be biking to raise awareness for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada’s mission is to reach every person in Canada who is affected by a brain tumour through support, education, information and research. They have one vision - to find the cause of and a cure for brain tumours while improving the quality of life for those affected.

This time last year, my cousin Mitchell was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. Inoperable does not mean ‘untreatable’, and the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada has been an amazing resource and support for not only Mitchell and his family, but for the 55,000 other Canadians that are living with a brain tumour right now.

In support of Mitchell and every other warrior who is fighting, I will be biking 1km for every $5 raised from now, until the end of September.
