Ride for the Living Bike Ride

Dear friends and supporters,
I am excited to announce my participation in the "Ride for the Living" bike ride in Poland. This incredible event is a 55-mile bike ride from Auschwitz-Birkenau to the JCC Krakow, commemorating the lives lost during the Holocaust and celebrating the vibrant Jewish community that exists in Krakow today.
This ride is particularly meaningful to me as I ride in honor of my grandfather, who is a Jewish Holocaust survivor. He lost many family members during the Holocaust and his own experiences are a constant reminder of the importance of never forgetting the atrocities of the past and working towards a better future.
My grandfather's experiences have inspired me in many ways, including my decision to come to Poland for my Fulbright research fellowship. He has always been an advocate for education and the pursuit of knowledge, and I am honored to follow in his footsteps as I work to deepen my understanding of Poland's rich history and culture.
As I ride through the Polish countryside, I will be raising awareness and funds for the JCC Krakow, which provides critical programs and services to the Jewish community in Krakow and beyond. These services include cultural events, educational programs, and support for Holocaust survivors like my grandfather.
I am reaching out to you today to ask for your support. To raise funds to make a meaningful contribution to the JCC Krakow in honor of my grandfather and all those impacted by the Holocaust.
Please consider donating to support my efforts to honor the memory of those lost during the Holocaust, to support the thriving Jewish community in Krakow today, and to honor my grandfather's resilience and strength in the face of unimaginable adversity. Your donation will go directly towards supporting the important work of the JCC Krakow and will make a significant impact on the lives of those it serves.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
Sincerely,
Greg
