Rides for John

My name is Laura Devlin and we have The Hickory Stick Ice Cream. When we took over, my husband and myself kept seeing this gentleman walking everyday. One hot summer day John came into my store with change in his pockets. He said he didn’t have enough for the good stuff but he wanted whatever he could for the change in his pocket. My eyes filled with tears. Of course he got the good stuff and we sat outside and talked. His mom lives in Warminster and visits when she can but obviously she can’t come up here all the time due to working etc.

John has been a part of Hickory now all summer and helps us out all the time to make extra money. He was recently hired by Perkasie Pizza and I’m worried about him getting home safelyin the dark. John is mentally challenged and it takes a couple of times for him to understand. He just needs GOOD direction! Anyone that can offer rides or money will go directly towards uber and items for John.
