About me:

My name is B Fitz, I’m 19 from North West UK & I have been cursed with the blessing of being Transgender.

I’m privileged enough to not only have access to gender reassignment services but to also have a MASSIVE support system of Nitz, that’s just one big cesspit of love, who are kind enough to support me financially on top of what they already give me physically & non physically <3

How this helps:

I have been on the NHS waiting list for over two years now & I have recently been informed that the waiting list has doubledThis waiting list is for counselling appointments - the very first step in the transition. The NHS provide a brilliant service however I simply feel as though I’m missing my best years to be my authentic self andif I can speed up the process (by going private) in any way, I bloody will. 

The clinic I’m involved with privately bypass the first steps that the NHS require e.g. they help to change my sex on legal documentation, they provide hormones & psychiatric confirmation within the first few meetings. 

I recently made the decision to go completely self employed, leaving my college course before completion and focusing onthe opportunities my online presence & supporters have given me. I wouldn’t change my life or job for anything & the decision I made was completely on me. However, it can be scary sometimes to think that I’m completely independent with no formal qualifications beyond GCSE’s therefore this Gofundme would provide financial security for the most important & prominent part of my life.

Appreciation:

I am & forever will be completely stunned by the genuine love and support that my followers, friends and even strangers give me! During the start of my transition there was recommendations that I make aGofundme however at the time, I felt I would benefit more from material changes e.g. I had no female clothes or accessories, i had shorter hair etc  
I am now at a point in my life where I have a beautiful concoction of items that help me present as female, so I can look absolute boss while I take the next step in my transition!

The money from this Gofundme will be spent on hormone therapy, appointment fees, bottom surgery & breast enhancing surgery. Any remaining money will be donated to a local LGBTQ+ organisation.
