I’m back and broker than ever! As a lot of you know, the last year was a real bummer. I got into a car accident in March that left me without a vehicle and had to have a couple surgeries following. Then I lost my job as a result of taking time off for surgeries. But did you know that soon after all of that…
MY DAD DIED!
I didn’t have a relationship with my dad after years of him treating myself and my siblings like garbage. The final straw and end of communication entirely was when he said I was mentally unwell and sick after coming out as transgender.
Like the selfish person he was, he didn’t leave a will, so we’ve had to take care of his estate with virtually no assistance. The only things he had to his name were a collection of rusting old cars and a house full of black mold.
Well, up until now, I didn’t realize how big of a burden this house was going to be. Along with his other debts, we now have until February 22nd to pay a $1,900 property tax fee so the house remains in his name until probate court is settled. Currently, being unemployed, I can’t pay that on my own. This sucks and hurts my pride BUT… I’m asking yet again if you would considering helping.
