Ring of Kerry Cycle for Down Syndrome Ireland
I will be cycling the Ring of Kerry on the 18th September to raise some vital funds to help support the amazing work done by Down Syndrome Ireland.
All contributions to help achieve my target will be greatly appreciated and is going to a great cause.
Established in 1971, Down Syndrome Ireland (DSI) is the voice of people with Down syndrome and their families throughout Ireland. The charity has over 3,500 members with 25 branches nationwide.
Down Syndrome Ireland provides ‘all-through-life’ support services to people with Down syndrome with specialists in the areas of new parents, health, early development, speech and language, education, employment and independence that enhance the lives of thousands of children and adults with Down syndrome across the country.
Every year DSI needs to raise at least 86% of its €4.2 million costs to continue providing these essential services, and are therefore very heavily reliant on public fundraising. Your very kind support will go towards the work of Down Syndrome Ireland and they are truly grateful to you for helping to make a real difference.
