Rio's Memorial Fund

As many of you already know my sister and her family are going through what no other family should ever have to. What we hear so many stories about and never think that will ever happen to our family has.

Rio was the most beautiful, loving, caring, smart, sarcastic, charismatic young but yet so wise beyond her years young lady.

Rio loved her family, she loved art, reading, band, camping, kayaking, playing video games, ect. The list goes on and on of her many talents and the things she loved to do.

Rio was diagnosed with Alopecia and has struggled with being bullied ever since. My sister and family have been making the school system aware of this for some time now and the situation remaind unresolved. As a result of that Rio still enduring the bullying died by suicide. My sister and Family has lost our Rio due to bullies. Sad part is my niece Rio was the first child to root for the underdog and to stand up for what is right.

I would like to ask anyone who can to please donate whatever they can to help my sister and her family over the next few weeks and months with whatever expenses they might encounter as they will need time off work to process their tragic loss.

If financially you are not able to help please pray, pray for my sister, pray for Rio's family, pray for peace and comfort, pray that Rio's legacy will live on through us as we will live the rest of our lives bringing awareness to bullying and what it truly does to the one receiving it.

The family is working on creating a non-profit organization to bring awareness and support to their community against bullying. Rio's legacy will live on through Rio'sRainbow.org

They have secured the organization title but the work is just beginning for them to fully create this organization.
