In loving memory of Christopher Samuel Doane

Christopher Samuel Doane is my father. He was taken to soon with no warning. He was an amazing father and had a hilarious character and soul. He would give the shirt off his back to whom ever needed it. He loves God with his whole being. He was a dedicated retired Marine who loved the Corp hard up to the day he left this place. If the Marines called upon him for war, he would go in a heart beat and not think twice about it. He loved his church family who he cared for deeply. My parents were married 50 years and that is an outstanding accomplishment, one I hope to achieve! He was devoted to my mom and us kids. Always provided with no complaints. He did what he needed to do to care for his family. Always going on vacations and trips back East. Since his passing things have gotten really hard for my mom, financially! She's lost half of her income, and she is struggling to pay her mortgage and monthly bills. So, I'm asking more like begging for help, to help her not feel a burden on her shoulders when she should be free to morn, reflect on the good memories and get things ready for his service. It weighs on her everyday. He had no life insurance because it was too expensive with their fixed income. I feel my help is just not enough. So, if you feel it in your heart to donate, please feel free to do so. I will be forever grateful to you all! I miss my dad so much, some days is almost unbearable and I can't even imagine what my mom is going through in her heart and mind. She means everything to me and I would do anything to help her! Please pass this along. We appreciate all the help wether it be small or big. Thank you all!
