R.I.P. David Garcia

David Garcia was an amazing friend, father and an outstanding member of our community. He was always giving back to people in need and made sure people around him were taken care of.  A true angel. David was the owner of Needle Kings in Kennewick  WA and one of the top Tattoo Artist in the area. He was always humble and ready to lend a hand no matter the circumstances. He left behind a wife and 4 beautiful children. Please help us gather enough money to cover any expenses that the family will encounter for his funeral. God bless and thank you for you help.
