Ripple's Medical and Treatment Fund

This campaign is very difficult for Mike and I to do. We are proud, probably too proud, and we don't like to ask for help. Especially this way with so many people in need, many worse then we are.
Our dogs are our family and are very well loved. Those who know me know they are my babies and are madly adored. We are up against a pretty major hurdle. Ripple was diagnosed last night with an obstuction in his intestinal tract and had surgery this morning to remove it. Unfortunately, the obstruction turned out to be a tumor and there has been some spread to the area around it. The tissue has been sent off for biopsy and now we have to wait for more details. He is at Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in Sandy Springs, GA which is a 24 hour hospital where he is receiving amazing care in ICU. This care comes at a cost though and we are in way over our heads. We lost Snickers to cancer in May, I was diagnosed with Epilepsy in July and am not allowed to drive. Mike has to take me to and from work and everywhere else I have to go. Mike has also been out of work since September, and there's been more. 2016 hasn't been a great year for lots of people. We don't think we've had it worse then anyone else but the truth is we can't afford this treatment. We've already paid out over $4000 between last night and today, and there is more due when Ripple is released from the hospital in a few days. If cancer treatment is an option and he isn't in immediate danger of loss of life, we will most likely opt for treatment. He's strong and healthy, all of his organs are functioning well except his digestive system, and that should improve after surgical recovery. With great embarassment we ask that if anyone can assist us and Ripple with this huge burden, please help us help him. We absolutely promise that any penny raised will be used soley for his care and treatment. If there is any excess after his bills are paid, we will donate every single dollar to an bonafide animal welfare organization in Ripple's name. We will be glad to show copies of his bills to anyone who might want to see how the money is spent. We cannot thank you enough and hope that you won't think less of us for asking for your help. Thank you so very, very much.
