Turkiye Earthquake Relief Fund:

Sisters and brothers, I am calling upon your healing energy and positive intentions to bring hope and miracles to those impacted by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake in 10 different Turkish cities. The area where most of the cities were wiped into dust is the same size as the state of California. Over 20 million people lived in those cities. This is an ongoing humanitarian disaster where we simply must do what we can to help.

The earthquake directly impacts around 25 million people. The death number is raised to 150,000, however, the actual number could be far higher, even in the millions. There still are immediate needs, such as tents and heaters, and for over a month, the stench of death and disease has taken over. Floods and other disasters are impacting the already traumatized people of the region, with innocent children in the middle of it, and suffering the most.

Turkiye Earthquake Relief Fund is working to provide immediate relief to survivors in the form of food, shelter, water, and medicine. In addition, we will provide longer-term assistance to help residents recover and rebuild. Your contributions will go to Turkish Philanthropy Funds' "Afet Platformu," which is directly involved in Kahramanmaras and its neighboring towns to help victims recover from the devastating effects of the earthquake and the necessary rebuilding efforts.

There is a need for rebuilding and humanitarian aid in the entire region. International and national support workers are speechless at what they have seen and urge you to help.

We together are part of the solution. All of your donations here will support the TPF Kahramanmaras Earthquake Relief Fund and recovery efforts. We monitor the impact on affected communities and work with partners at Afet Platformu to allocate funds to where they are needed most. In time I will be sharing with you the progress happening through your support.
