Rita Esther Moncayo Villavicencio

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Daughter, Mother, Sister, Cousin and Aunt, Rita Esther Moncayo Villavicencio. Rita tragically departed from this world while on vacation in Ecuador, her home country, on February 8th, 2023.

Rita was an unstoppable force and will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of so many and left her mark on every one of us. Now, it’s our turn to give back to her only son, Peter Vazquez, in his time of need. Due to the complexity of her passing in Ecuador, transport to the United States and the funeral costs have quickly added up. We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Rita as this passing was completely unexpected. Any donation size is helpful as we try to assist Rita's family and especially her son, Peter, during this difficult time.
