Ritu Thapar

Ritu Thapar has been a long time contractor of Insight Global, and has been working for me the past two years. We have developed an incredible relationship throughout this time.  Ritu is the definition of a compassionate leader. She strives to enhance her skills and knowledge, encourages others to be their most authentic self, and leads with a hope of purpose to better those around her. During a time of such darkness and uncertainty, Ritu showed up to be the light for others and has been working as a Supervisor for UHG Contact Tracing project. Providing support and guidance day in and day out with the most positive mindset.

 As a working mother of two, she has showed her children at a young age what it means to have high character and that everyone matters. She has taught me that when you take initiative, you drive change. No matter what life throws your way, continue to pursue your passion

Unfortunately Ritu is going through a very hard time right now.  She will not take time off for herself because she wants to be there for her Contact Tracers and make sure they are taken care of.

 I would like to help Ritu out as much as possible right now, especially during the holiday season.
