Edoras Farm Rescue & Sanctuary

Edoras Farm, LLC (previously Rivendell Farm Equine Rescue Center) is a former horse breeding/training operation that has transitioned into a horse rescue facility.  In partnership with Black Horse Spirit, LLC, our facility also offers groundbreaking SpiritedScience® transformational life coaching, shamanic & equine-assisted counseling (EAC), and equine-assisted learning (EAL). Cindy L. McGinley (MS, CH, CCTP) of Black Horse Spirit, LLC is facilitating some amazing group and individual sessions with the horses as teaching and/or counseling partners.

Edoras is a healing place for both horse and human. It is a sanctuary for all, including wildlife.

We have recently purchased a beautiful new 29-acre property in Manlius, NY, and, in addition to having room for a few more horses in need of rescue, we would like to develop an equine facility there to include an indoor classroom with adjoining office spaces for non-equine sessions. We also  have plans for an indoor arena so we can facilitate EAL/EAC out of the unpredictable Central New York weather, as well as to build a labyrinth there on the property that horse & human can walk together in meditative silence.
