River "Rat" Ryan" for Whiskey Flat Mayor

Hello, my name is River "Rat" Ryan and I am running for Whiskey Flat Mayor in Kernville along with my side kick Deputy Dillinger Doug. We are raising money for at risk youths in the Kern County area.
The "Rat" is KRV resident and teacher at Erwin Owens High School, and I am raising funds for P.A.C.K., a non-profit corporation charted in 1976 that assist youth in the Juvenile Justice system and those at-risk. (Tax ID #95-3090192).
He runs the camp outdoor Education Project, an enrichment program for at risk Kern County youth centered on providing community service in the Kern River Valley which allows at risk youth to understand servitude by helping others and then experiencing pro-social and educational activities such as hiking, rafting, fishing, farming, welding, mechanics and live stock care.
Please help support the cause and give the kids an opportunity to experience the things nature has to offer in the KRV
