River Jam

River Jam is an outdoor music and arts festival held at James River High on March 10, 2018, from 1-4 PM. More than 3,400 high schoolers attempt suicide every day in America. Seeing the Chesterfield Community suffer from this problem as well, two students, Aaliyah Adkins and Ellie Mast, decided that it was time to bring back River Jam and donate all the proceeds from the event to the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, which builds programs for teenage sufferers of mental illness and provides resources for suicide prevention. River Jam will have bands, food trucks, games, and information on teenage depression and coping skills. With your help, River Jam will be a success! Thank you for all your support.
