What Would You Do When Your World Turns Dark????
The day I met my husband Steve, I knew immediately I had found my soul mate. God has truly blessed me and my boys. Our lives have blended together so perfectly. Our days are busy and full like most families. I have my two sons and he has a daughter from a previous relationship. It was not long until we both got the most wonderful gift of all the birth of our daughter. I had been told that having another child could very well take my own life, but God had reached down and blessed us both with a beautiful, healthy girl. In my eyes life could not be more perfect.
My husband Steve is a very devoted father and a great provider. He is A Jack Of All Trades; there is no job he is not willing to do to support our family. This past Wednesday, his world turned very dark. Steve has lost complete vision in both eyes, now diagnosed as legally blind due to DIABETES. He had lost his vision in the Right Eye in November and now has lost his vision in the Left Eye. The doctors have stated that he will have to undergo many surgeries to hopefully restore his vision. They said there is no guarantee. This is why I ask you for your blessing to help me raise the money to possibly restore my husband’s sight. Our first surgery will be in the next 7-9 days with a deductible of $1700. More surgeries are to follow with deductibles that will reach upwards of nearly five thousand dollars. I am not sure how much this will all cost, as you may know this is a lot to process for our family from Steve driving, working and walking to now DARKNESS!! I pray for one more blessing from God above, that you will find it in your hearts to make a donation today, in hope that Steve will see again and provide for our family.
