Bag Beatdowns for Brains 2015

Alzheimer's leaves destruction and heartache in it's wake. Bag Beatdowns for Brains is a way for us to help raise funds for research to combat this devastating disease. All are welcome. Let's come together and do our best to help put a dent in the cost of researching a solution, prevention, or cure. Help Punch Out Alzheimer's!

Join us for our third annual charity event. A kickboxing workout where each participant gets to unleash their inner fury on a heavy bag. Punch. Kick. Slam. Followed up by some good eats prepared by a local cafe.

Participation is not required. You can support someone else in the event, or if you are far away, please donate to help.

Let's bust through our goal and make this an event that makes a difference!!!

No experience required. Adults and Kids welcome. All proceeds go to charity.
