Help us get a home

Hi my name is April and this was the last thing we wanted to do, unfortunately we are running out of options and time. My husband is a Camp Lejeune Veteran and has been sick since last year. He has been diagnosed with many illinesses, one of which is a very dangerous infection in his lungs. He needs lung reduction done on both lungs, unfortunately that cannot be done until infection is cleard up. which we were told it could take a year for it to go away with many antibiotics, Dr at MD anderson in Houston was concearned about cancer, but with brians lungs in the shape they are in they are not able to do a biopsy. As of March he was sent to Nashville to the top specialists and we now travel to Vanderbilt for treatment once or twice a month. We are there at least a week every time we go. In May one of Brian's test results came back showing he was breathing in mold and it was making his condition worse, and we were told we had to move out of our home. We have been living in a small camper since. We live in a older mobile home, and were told it would cost 27,000 to fix the problems. Our home is not worth the cost of repairs. If you can help with any amount it would be greatly appreciated. The stress from Brian being sick and not getting better has took a toll on us both and loosing our home has made things so much worse, especially for Brian. He is always used to helping everyone else in need and never ask for anything in return.
