Help Karen with her medical bills

My friend Karen needs our help! She has been suffering with this for over 2 years now. Back in January 2020 it started with a sciatica nerve running down the back of Karen’s leg by the time April 2020 got here it was in both legs. She went to the doctor and found out she had a pinched nerve so they just recommended a epidural. After she got the epidural she notice her left foot would drag and found out she had developed foot drop! Then was told she needed surgery on L4 and L5 by the time she had surgery she couldn’t walk! The nerves that are pinched are the ones that control the movement in her legs! She had another surgery in August of 2020 where she got an infusion done with 4 screws inserted in her spine. After this surgery she couldn’t walk either and had to have therapy to completely learn to walk again. She went from a Walker to nothing again. She still wasn’t right physically and knew something was still wrong. She decided to go to Charlottesville to UVA and found out she still had a pinched nerve. UVA told her they couldn’t do surgery until the nerves in her back had a chance to heal. It’s been 2 years and now she’s back to where she can’t walk again. Her legs and feet are completely numb and she has really bad tingling running down her legs. She has neuropathy and several pinched nerves now on L2,L3,L4,L5 plus degenerate disc disease in T10 and T11. She has severe narrowing down her spine. On November 22nd she will have another surgery on the nerves that have been pinched for 2 years and there is a 50/50 chance she could be ok again and may be able to walk on her own and live a normal life. She hasn’t been able to work in over two years. She didn’t apply for disability at first because she thought she would be better and be able to work after the first surgery. She has now applied for disability but she has to wait for 6 months to a year before she will receive any money and that is if she is approved. She’s having a really hard time financially. Her medical bills are way more than she can ever handle.
