McKinney Community Christmas Tree
Tax deductible
McKinney Main Street has announced its 5th annual fundraising campaign called a McKinney Christmas Tree – A Gift to the Community, which will raise funds to cover the cost of importing the live 34' Blue Spruce tree from Michigan. Donations of all sizes are accepted to help bring this tree to McKinney. For a tax-deductible donation of $30 to the campaign, families and organizations will receive recognition at the Christmas tree display throughout the holidays. The first 100 donors who contribute a minimum of $30 will receive a commemorative keepsake ornament.
The campaign is supported by corporate sponsors First United Bank and Texas Oncology, who generously donated to the McKinney Christmas Tree – A Gift to the Community campaign.
Don't miss the Downtown McKinney's annual tree lighting ceremony at Home for the Holidays on November 29 at 6:30 p.m. Ricki Derek & the Ho, Ho, Ho Orchestra will perform live immediately following the tree lighting.
