Piper Family Fund

We are raising funds to help our close friends, Eric Piper and Donna Finnegan, Caleb's Father and Step Mother. On January 15th, Caleb Piper, who is only nine years old, was involved in a tragic accident while riding The Mountain Coaster at The Wisp Resort. Caleb sustained traumatic injuries to his upper body and head. He had to be life-flighted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia and has remained there since. Caleb's injuries are severe, and he remains unconscious. With many weeks to spend at Ruby, Caleb will have a long road of recovery ahead of him. Caleb's family needs to be by his side in WV. As a working family, this is quite a burden. Hotel and travel costs, food, medical expenses- these all add up quickly, and no parent should have to choose between going to work or staying with their child in this unfortunate circumstance.

 

Caleb attends Elizabeth Forward Central Elementary and loves to play soccer for Elizabeth Foward Soccer Association. He enjoys time with his friends and siblings. He is always goofing off with his buddies and wrestling on the trampoline. We are hoping and praying that Caleb will get back to doing the things he loves soon.
