Davis Family - House Fire
Donation protected
On June 27th the Davis' house was consumed by a fire that had spread from a neighbors house. While Sheila, her husband, and three children were able to escape safely most of their belongings and personal possessions were destroyed. Sheila is a devoted mother, wife, friend, and teacher. She has been part of the Edgewood School community for many years teaching 7th and 8th grade science. She constantly puts the students' needs before her own and as a veteran teacher serves as a mentor to us all. William, her husband, is also a teacher. I've had the privilege of meeting him because of his dedication to our boys basketball team. You can always find him at a practice or a game cheering the boys on.
I am raising funds on behalf of the family. These funds will allow them to purchase clothing, food, and furniture to help them begin to rebuild their lives. Victims of fires face tremendous emotional stress and financial costs, and we hope this fund will help alleviate some of the challenges that they are facing. The Davis family is one built from love and it's our turn to support them during this difficult time.
In this uncertain time, we know many people are facing hardships and we are extremely grateful for any donation.
