Hi, my name is Walid Artest, and I proudly serve as the ambassador of the Federation Basketball of Guinea Bissau. Descended from the illustrious Balanta tribe of Guinea Bissau, I carry their legacy and aspirations with honor.

For the past two years, my dedication has been to bolster the Federation Basketball of Guinea Bissau, especially in our pursuit of participating in the esteemed Road to BAL (Basketball Africa League). This journey led me to the prestigious NBA Africa Luncheon, where alongside Joshua Roberts, I represented our federation and engaged in meaningful discussions with numerous high-level NBA Africa executives.

Our mission was clear: to raise awareness about our ambitions to qualify for the Road to BAL, showcasing the talent and potential that our team embodies. Inspired by this experience and driven by a vision for impactful change, I embarked on a new venture: Artest Capital Investments.
