Road to Recovery from hit-and-run

Hi, my name is Julia and I am asking for help for my sister in-law, Alexandra.

My sister in-law became a victim of a hit and run as a pedestrian in north Edmonton last week. She has been in the ICU with multiple severe life-threatening injuries and has undergone multiple surgeries. She has a very, very daunting road to recovery, but she is alive and stable, and we cannot describe how thankful we are.

Alexandra will be in the hospital for the foreseeable future, and I am asking for anybody who is able to to help her with any of her upcoming bills for the next few months. Her mortgage still needs to be paid, utilities, needs for her puppy, etc. Not to mention the months and months of physio and rehabilitation she will need. I would love for the financial burden to be the last of the families worries or to at least ease the stress. Any little bit helps and makes this situation slightly easier, I am asking everyone for help. All of the funds will go directly to Alexandra’s father to take care of her household, needs, and helping with her recovery back to whatever normal life will become for her.
