Help Roadies & Rescues Save Shelter Animals!

Tax deductible
In just a year and a half, Paul Thomas (creator of the Roadies and Rescues program) has taken HUNDREDS of shelter animals at risk of euthanasia to nonprofit rescue organizations as far North as Seattle, and as far South as Riverside County in Southern California. These trips have put roughly 50,000 miles on his two personal vehicles, and he has to pay all costs of maintenance (new tires, oil changes, transmission service, repairs, etc.) because Roadies & Rescues only spends donations on fuel, transport supplies, and a hotel room on runs that require an overnight stay. The ongoing maintenance costs and unforeseen breakdowns of Paul’s personal vehicles means Roadies & Rescues desperately needs their own dedicated van to continue offering safe and reliable transports for rescue animals. The good news is that the perfect starter vehicle has been found! A “cutaway van” with a 10’ long by 8’ wide box which has the necessary rooftop air conditioner, a backup generator for 120-volt power to electrical outlets, and overhead lighting built into the 6.5’ high cargo area. This van will provide a safe freedom ride for the animals, but we need to act fast! PLEASE HELP ROADIES AND RESCUES. We can’t do this without YOU. As #GivingTuesday approaches, please consider making your donation early. NOW would be ideal! Thank you for stepping up to help shelter animals facing euthanasia. No donation is too small! Every dollar counts! Together, we can do this!
