Rob Carry General Election Campaign 2024
Donation protected
There is no alternative to the political establishment open to the people of Wicklow - so I'm standing as an independent candidate in the upcoming General Election 2024.
To give some background...
Rob Carry M.A. is a business owner and community activist living and working in Wicklow.
A former journalist, Rob graduated from UCD with a degree in History and Politics before completing a Masters in Journalism in DIT.
After a 10 year career in the media, Rob went into business and he now owns and runs one of the largest commercial gyms in Wicklow, BLOC Bray.
A life-long martial artist, Rob founded Jai Sua Martial Arts in Bray in 2014. It is now one of the biggest clubs of its kind in the country.
The club is a key hub for community activity with discounted training for adults and teens with additional needs, free women-only self-defence classes and free mental health services for all members.
Rob has fundraised extensively for charities like Breast Cancer Ireland, Five Loaves and Medical Aid for Palestine (MAPS). He is heavily involved in campaigning for free mental health services for our young people.
Rob lives with his partner, Roisin, just outside Wicklow Town near the village of Glenealy.
You can find full information Rob's policies and priorities here.
Rob is asking for your help...
As an independent candidate, Rob's campaign will be self-funded. Meanwhile, the five Wicklow TDs standing are all members of big political parties with huge campaign budgets.
Please donate what you can to cover the cost of posters, flyers, online marketing and similar.
There are strict rules on donations in relation to election campaigns - more information available here.
